Preceded by an avenue of plane trees (listed as a natural monument), a stone bridge crossing the river Botoret and a pond, the castle is now owned by the municipality, which dedicates it to art, painting and sports center. The very old building still has two medieval towers (the largest of them even has an old blocked archway-cannonier), between which is an 18th century main building. In summer, visit the interior free of charge and enjoy the exhibition. Walk outside to the place called the Hermitage, which offers a view of the town of Chauffailles. Enjoy the playground and the petanque field.
