Jean-Louis is a man with a passion for Burgundy, for the vine and for nature.... His Clos, which he shaped with his own hands, is a wonderful place on the Montagne de Beaune. Let yourself be guided through this magnificent garden, discovering permaculture and the little secrets of Burgundy.
In the heart of a pine forest, discover the Clos de la Belle Chatelaine, a completely organic estate with its lyre-shaped vines, truffle orchard, fruit trees, red fruit and, since 2021, permaculture vegetables.
Jean-Louis will tell you all about the creation of the Clos, then the phylloxera epidemic over 120 years ago, and finally its complete renovation since 2013.

Permaculture discovery tour, every Friday, from 10.30am to 12.00pm.
