The last great family mustard factory in Burgundy, the Maison Edmond FALLOT, founded in 1840, has managed to maintain the know-how of its artisan mustard-makers.
Come and visit an unusual place where a mustard-maker will reveal all the secrets of making this famous mustard and invite you to make it yourself.
At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with your own homemade mustard!
