Restaurant Pierre

Restaurant Pierre is located in a quiet pedestrian street in the centre of Mâcon, right next to the town hall and the Saint-Pierre church and 2 minutes walk from the large Lamartine car park near the Saône river.

Christian Gaulin and his wife Isabelle took over the Restaurant Pierre in 1991.
The chef, who has worked with the greatest chefs such as Paul Blanc in Thoissey and Jean Ducloux, the famous chef of the Greuze restaurant in Tournus, was awarded a Michelin star in 1997.
This star continues to shine, to the delight of gourmets who come to Restaurant Pierre to discover the healthy, inventive and authentic cuisine of its chef. He makes a point of honour of using local products
Bresse poultry, Charolais tournedos that are as tender as you like, but also pike quenelles or wild turbot cooked on the bone to perfection.
Not forgetting the Grand Marnier soufflé made to order.
A lover of good products, the chef cooks what he likes and makes us like it too.

Specialities:
