In a bright, soothing setting, Chef Thomas Compagnon and his attentive team offer refined cuisine with fresh, tasty flavours and inspired interpretations of noble products, such as the Crème mousseuse of fresh frogs with yellow wine, morel mushrooms and sweetbreads, or the whole Corton pigeon, confit legs, spring onions and turnips, tangy rhubarb radish, tarragon jus.
A Burgundy wine list at reasonable prices. In fine weather, take advantage of the terrace service in an enclosed garden setting. Children are not forgotten either, with a "gastro-moments" menu to introduce them to taste and local produce.
