In keeping with the tradition of welcoming artists to Vézelay, Fernand Léger, Le Corbusier, Paul Eluard and Romain Rolland liked to stay at Le Cheval-Blanc for the conviviality that reigned there. Today, strengthened by these artists' footprints, Carole and Richard offer you a cuisine that is half new and half traditional, served in a warm and friendly setting.
