The restaurant Le Cheval Blanc invites you to taste authentic recipes of crêpes and buckwheat pancakes in an original and cosy setting with a very contemporary look.
Eric GOUX and Romain FAREY, both experienced in the restaurant business, took over the Cheval Blanc in early 2011. They offer different formulas and a wide choice of savoury or sweet crêpes. Everything is homemade in this gourmet's palace (desserts, tarts, snow eggs and even chips cooked in duck fat!). Let's not forget the meats and the butcher's corner with a choice of beef steak and entrecote which will delight lovers of good meat. For the summer season, the salads, which could not be more copious, constitute a substantial dish in themselves.
For your festive meals, the restaurant also acts as a caterer. We can help you to create a menu to suit your budget. Do not hesitate to ask for a quote.
The restaurant is often fully booked at lunchtime, so remember to make reservations!
In the summer you can enjoy the terrace, lulled by the flow of the Ignon river which passes by.
