Le Roncemay privileges a space of more than 140 ha of greenery and forest, interior places opened on the nature, ready to welcome you in all safety and serenity. PREAMBLE (HYGIENE PROTOCOL COVID 19) This document is intended to inform you of the good cleaning practices put in place within the Domaine du Roncemay and the sanitary instructions to be respected. Le Roncemay - hotel, golf course, restaurants and all outdoor activities - will reopen progressively according to the following schedule: - The golf course is open every day - 19 May 2021: Pre-opening of the bistro at noon every day on the terrace, the Golf bar on the terrace from 8am to 8.45pm and the gastronimic restaurant on the terrace on Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes The hotel is open, and the evening restaurant is open indoors to hotel guests. - June 09, 2021: complete reopening of the bistro and the gastronomic restaurant for lunch and dinner - Outdoor activities (golf, petanque, tennis, children's playground, cycling) are allowed by reservation only. - Indoor activities (library, board games, tasting courses) remain suspended 1. RECEPTION- GENERAL BASICS 1 1.1. code of conduct for residents In order to avoid further spread of the virus, we ask you to remain very vigilant and to respect the following instructions: - Reservations must be made by telephone, e-mail or website for the restaurants and the hotel before coming to the estate and for hotel residents - Wearing a mask is compulsory in the car park and in the traffic areas - Markings on the ground are added. Thank you for respecting the direction of traffic and the social distance of one metre from other guests and staff. - Credit card and contactless payments are preferred. Whenever possible, we will also prefer to send the invoice by e-mail - Hydro-alcoholic gel is available at the reception, in the common areas and in the rooms, as well as soap. Please remember to wash your hands carefully several times a day. 1.2. staff code of conduct Of course, in addition to the smiles and friendliness of our staff, which work even in non-Covid19! Our staff have been made aware of the strict sanitary protocols that are in place. We have reinforced hygiene measures with the following key elements: 1.2.1. Wearing of masks 1.2.2. Hand washing 1.2.3. Cleaning and disinfection 2. ROOMS AND FLOOR SERVICE - CLEANING AND SPECIFICITY 2.1. The time allotted for cleaning a room has been increased and precautions have been given to the cleaning staff. 2.2. Ventilation time has been increased. 2.3. Air conditioning systems recycle only the air in the room and do not circulate throughout the entire facility. They can therefore continue to be used. 2.4. We have equipped ourselves with an air purifier dedicated to the decontamination of air and surfaces. Propelled into the room for several minutes, the ozone becomes a multifunctional oxidizer degrading all pollutants present in the air and on surfaces (including windows, interior shutters, furniture). The technology destroys all VOCs as well as chemical pollutants (Formaldehyde, Radon, CO2, NOX...) and biological pollutants (Viruses, Bacteria, Moulds, Dust mites, Allergens...). 2.5. We double this cleaning, extremely effective, by a total ventilation of the room during a long time and by the cleaning and the disinfection with a professional product approved of all surfaces, grounds, objects, panes (including coffeepots, teapots). Particular care will be taken with door handles, switches, taps, remote control and any accessory likely to have been in contact with the hand. 2.6. The dishes are taken to the kitchen and cleaned in the dishwasher at over 60°C. 2.7. Magazines and room directories have been removed from the rooms, as well as the mini-bars. Cold drinks will be available at the bar or room service. 2.8. A welcome kit of protection (masks, gel) is offered and put in the rooms. 2.9. Amenities (shower gel, shampoo, soaps) will be single use and changed between each guest. 2.10. For stays of several nights, the cleaning and the bedding are not done to avoid any risk of contamination. The towels and sheets can be changed exceptionally on request. 2.11. Towels and sheets are cleaned at 65°C by an approved service provider. 2.12. The luggage service and the carrying of suitcases in the room are suspended.
