The L'Escale 87 restaurant, located along the Nationale 6 between Sens and Monterau-Fault-Yonne, offers traditional French cuisine using fresh produce.
You'll never get bored of the cuisine at this inn, as the menu changes every weekend, depending on the season, market returns and the chef's inspiration. The chef takes great care to prepare "country" dishes, such as the artichoke terrine stuffed with fois-gras and truffle vinaigrette, the leg of lamb confit in a casserole dish or the mille-feuilles of crêpes mousseline with Grand-Marnier, dishes that our regulars love...
The dining room has recently been renovated, while retaining its traditional character. The furniture, decorations and knick-knacks are a reminder of the owner's attachment to the countryside and rural memories.
In fine weather, you can take advantage of the terrace at the back of the restaurant and the garden, which will delight children.
As the restaurant is located alongside the main road, parking is easy.

Restaurant open Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays for lunch, and Fridays and Saturdays for lunch and dinner.
Service: from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 19.00 to 21.00.
Closed for a fortnight in August.
L'Escale 87 welcomes you at the usual times, respecting the barrier gestures and the sanitary protocol in force. Hydro-alcoholic gel available on the tables, disinfection of the toilets with bactericidal wipes available.
