Le Four à Chaux

Located between the Yonne and the Forêt d'Othe, in a 2 ha park, this restaurant is a nice surprise. Be careful with the signs: it is at the end of the village and the signage is a bit limited. The place is very quiet and the donkeys of the property are the attraction. The establishment is pleasant in all seasons: in winter, the fire burns in the fireplace; in summer, one can enjoy the arbour or the covered terrace fitted out in the old lime kiln. The service and the decor are pleasant; the menu proposes a choice of dishes on the slate (homemade) which changes regularly, with among others, snails or eggs in meurette. We appreciate: the regional wine list for an affordable price and the country setting.
