This superb rib-vaulted room supported by slender pillars was originally the cellar for the Cistercian monks of Gilly. Here they kept casks and barrels filled with wine from the Clos de Vougeot vines. In such a setting full of character, the cuisine has to be flavoursome and sophisticated. Restaurant is open for lunch with a menu at 32€ (starter+dish+ cheese or dessert)per person from Monday till Saturday. For dinner and on Sunday you have card and menu from 60€/pers.
