In an atmosphere with a capital A, the Chef and his team of badly parked sheep from La Charité Sur Loire, except Cécile, but as she is funny we keep her anyway, sends super fresh, local and good dishes too (no kidding).
When we say local, we mean the shopkeeper at the end of the street like La Boulangerie Pautrat for our burger breads and fresh baguettes, Le Bouchon de Loire with Franck Boulet at the helm who advises us on cheese. La Ferme du Boisseau with Benjamin for the fresh, juicy, crisp vegetables. And for the meat, of course, it is Charolais!
To sum up, a short circuit that's really good.
And our wines?
They come from our Sancerre lands with Domaine Roger Neveu, Henri Bourgeois, Bardin, and Domaine de La Coquillerie.
If you see products from elsewhere, ask the owner. He probably still has an explanation...
You can also enjoy the bar with its large planks of Charcut' and all the good beers, of course.
