In the heart of a former 17th century winery, discover La Table du Château de Chamire where great wines and gastronomy, passion and sharing, discovery and conviviality, simplicity and greed all coexist. The exclusive menu, created by a Burgundian chef, varies with the seasons and remains faithful to Burgundian gastronomy. It is composed of four courses: starter, main course, cheese and dessert and is based on four different wine formulas from the family estates. Driven by a permanent search for the best food and wine pairing, everyone will be able to discover the diversity of the wines from the family estates, which stretch from the Côte de Nuits to the Mâconnais, via Mercurey and Givry.
