Come and discover this former salt barn located near the Burgundy canal. It houses a room full of character with a pretty stone vault. The chef, Benjamin Rouzé, offers simple but tastefully cooked dishes. His menus are made from mainly Burgundian ingredients with a touch of Brittany. You can also taste wines from local producers. All this will be served with a smile by his partner, Clarisse Prou.
