Ladies and Gentlemen, the Cour des Saveurs presents :
cooked dishes (venison stew with chestnuts, duck with fruit, pork with verjuice, beef with spices),
meat pâtés (venison with blackcurrants, duck with sage, chicken with hyssop, poultry liver, wild boar with mead, wild boar with hypocras),
vegetable pâtés (spinach with goat's cheese, carrots with cow's cheese, chestnuts),
its dessert (coppice) and its hypocras made naturally without colouring or preservatives according to medieval recipes.

These dishes were created for a medieval cookery project at the Château de Cherveux.
