Our chef, Raphaël Petitjean, invites you to discover his market-garden cuisine, based on the seasons and the market. Discover his signature dishes, Bresse poultry with morel mushrooms, pike-perch, crayfish, catfish and vegetable dishes, his passion.
His cuisine goes hand in hand with a wine list composed mainly of vintages from the region. In the dining room, an air-conditioned glass cellar lets you choose from a selection of Burgundy wines.
Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner, except Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch (booking required).
