Benoit Bruley began his career as a pork butcher and caterer. After learning his trade in various Côte d'Oran restaurants, he perfected his skills in the traditional restaurant business for several years.
In June 2004, the chef Benoit Bruley decided to set up his own business as a caterer in SALIVES.
This was the birth of "BENOIT BRULEY TRAITEUR". After having delighted the taste buds of his local clientele for about ten years, a strong demand for catering led him to open a second establishment as a traditional restaurant called "LE PRE SAINT GEORGES" in October 2014. By combining expertise and know-how, the catering business developed beyond his expectations and conquered the Dijon region. The premises in Salives became too small for the growth of the business, so Benoit Bruley decided to move to the outskirts of Dijon and revived the old establishment "Le Clos des Combottes" in Epagny and its various rooms. It is with BENOIT BRULEY TRAITEUR that "Le Clos des Combottes" becomes "LES COMBOTTES".
