The chef, Cédric Lefévre, has worked in starred establishments.
He offers bistronomy, i.e. gastronomy in a friendly and not stuffy setting.
You will be able to taste "a local cuisine, based on good fresh French products, adapted to the season".
In the newly decorated rooms you can choose from menus at around 40 €, by reservation only.
His wife is responsible for table service, while at the same time sharing her knowledge of wine, thanks to her training in oenology.
