The "Campi Volti" site joined the Cluniac church at the end of the 11th century, and was entrusted to the priory of Souvigny, 85km away, whereas it is 5km from that of La Charité-sur-Loire. The church of Saint-Pierre, relatively isolated, near a few scattered dwellings, has advised only a part of its portal and its chevet: its nave and transept were indeed destroyed after the end of the 15th century. But the remains of the building are admirable. Architecturally, the Romanesque chevet consists of a central apse framed by two apses; inside, the right-hand bay of the choir opens onto the side aisle through a double arcade
