Built at the beginning of the 12th century, this church was once part of a Cluniac priory. The Cluniac filiation is expressed in the innovative architectural choices, initiated in Cluny, such as the broken barrel vault. The rough sandstone was not very conducive to the development of sculpture (except for the mystical lamb on the tympanum of the south portal), but it allowed the construction of a powerful building, dominated by its imposing bell tower with openwork windows on two levels.
