PoilFol Vinaigrerie

Newly settled in Savigny-poil-Fol, I set up the vinegar factory in July 2022.
The vinegars are matured in oak barrels, using wines purchased from winegrowers who work with natural wines. After a resting period, a slow process of flavouring begins, using maceration or decoction with fruit, herbs or spices.

As well as producing vinegars, I also offer organic spice blends. The raw spices are roasted and stone-ground to give you powerful, aromatic blends.
