Direct sale at the farm, pork and beef in crates or at retail. Cattle breeding for meat is a traditional activity in the Morvan, using the know-how of the breeders who practice it. The animals are born, raised and fattened on the territory of the Park. The pastures must be located within the park. The animals are of specialized meat breeds, mainly of the Charolais breed.
