Nicolas Lestiboudois
The Pied à Terre is a biological micro-farm of less than one hectare in size, with installation starting in the fall of 2019. Sophie and Nicolas grow a variety of vegetables in greenhouses and open fields and have planted fruit and berry trees for future production. Harvested the same day, the sale is held at the farm twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays from 5 to 7 pm. The same place hosts the bakery Côté Pain.
