Dairy products, beef, pork and veal, beer, organic vegetables, apple juice, trout, bread, eggs, syrups, aperitifs, snails... the list goes on and on. During the Christmas period, there were products to suit Christmas Eve menus, as well as gift baskets. During the summer, "Local Paysan" also took the opportunity to offer tastings of home-made ice creams. And as one idea always leads to another, the collective would now like to offer bulk organic groceries. Again, this is a trend set by consumers. "Local paysan" is also making inroads at local events, often catering. It's another way for them to showcase their products and reach out to their customers.
