Created in 2005 at the foot of Mount Charvin in Haute-Savoie, and established since 2010 in Sainte-Croix in southern Burgundy, the company makes its own macaroons in the old-fashioned way using a traditional method, without flour, therefore gluten-free, made from products from sustainable agriculture. The Sainte-Croix macaroon, nicknamed "monk's navel", is soft to the touch.... Another home-made product: organic gingerbread, sugar-free and fat-free, soft and generous with 70% honey..
