I am a breeder of a small flock of dairy sheep in Mâlain within a collective of producers. From March to November, the ewes are in the open air. Milking is done in the meadow, by hand, and the raw milk is directly transformed into cheese. Fresh or creamy crottins, white cheeses or tommes await you! The lambs are raised under the mother's care for 2 months and then on grass: the lamb meat is available from September. It is possible to meet the flock by appointment: you can watch the milking outside in season, or come and distribute hay in the sheepfold in winter. The ewes are mainly fed on grass, hay made by me or cereals that we grow collectively.
