Fresh pork meat and pork delicatessen (chipolatas, sausages, pâté, rillettes, white ham, cured ham, dry sausage, garlic sausage, black pudding, white pudding etc.)
We are 3 partners: Stéphane AUROUSSEAU, Quentin AUROUSSEAU and Karine LEON. Stéphane and Quentin raise Charolais cows and free-range pigs. Karine then transforms the pigs in her workshop on the farm into fresh meat and charcuterie.
