We are 3 partners: Stéphane AUROUSSEAU, Quentin AUROUSSEAU and Karine LEON. Stéphane and Quentin raise Charolais cows and free-range pigs. Karine then transforms the pigs in her workshop on the farm into fresh meat and charcuterie.
