In Cornot, the farmer-bakers at Fournil de la Modestine grow wheat, process it into flour on site and then bake it into sourdough bread in their bakery. Very attached to the quality of their bread and to their heritage, these passionate farmers grow wheat, spelt, rye and grains under organic farming specifications.
You can find their cereals, flours and breads at the bakery or at the Jussey market.
