Le Fournil de la Modestine
In Cornot, wheat is grown, processed into flour on site and then made into sourdough bread baked over a wood fire. Very attached to the quality of their bread and to their heritage, these passionate bakers-farmers grow wheat, spelt, rye and fattening under the specifications of organic farming. Partners of the association "Graines de Noé", they also participate in the preservation, development and rehabilitation of old and forgotten varieties.
