Our breeding helps to make the most of the Brionnais' main natural resource: grass. The goats graze on our natural meadows from April to December and are fed hay during the winter months.
Cheese-making methods are exclusively farm-based and comply with Charolais PDO specifications.
We look forward to welcoming you to the farm to sample our cheeses.
