Welcome to the Bergerie de Santagny, where we raise 60 Lacaune dairy sheep to offer you raw milk products.
In our sheepfold, created in July 2020, we raise our animals on 54 hectares including 43 hectares of meadow. For their well-being, we produce the fodder and cereals necessary for their feeding. We then process their milk, up to 12,000 litres of milk per year, in order to offer you plain yoghurts, faisselle, tomme and other ewe's milk cheeses: fresh, semi-ripened and dry, spreadable, brousse etc.
We also sell lamb meat, and offer horse and cattle boarding. We are currently in the process of converting to organic farming. Guided tours on reservation, or free visits.
