Helixine

Helixine is an organic snail farm. We carry out all of the snail farming activities: reproduction, production, processing, marketing (direct sale at the farm and at markets) and reception at the farm. We process our snails with local raw materials which allows us to offer this range of products: snails in court-bouillon / snails in shell à la Bourguignonne / snail tartlet and snail puffs / escargotine.
Thanks to our production and processing methods, we have obtained the "Savoir Faire 100 % Côte d'Or" label.
