Located at the source of the Grosne, in the south of France, Grosnescargot is ideally situated for the well-being and development of snails.
Raised with respect for tradition and the cycle of nature, they will benefit from all the attention at each stage of their growth.
At the beginning of May, the little boarders are released into an open-air park where they will find shelter and food. There they will be pampered and coddled for several months, in order to reach maturity before the first frosts of winter and the hibernation period.
A part of the stock will then be reserved: the selected snails will have to ensure the reproduction for the next season. The others will be used to garnish your tables, prepared according to the recipe of your choice.
Born, raised and cooked on the farm, the Grosne snail is a 100% natural snail:
