The Laurency farm: a history, a present and a future!
The GAEC was created in 1991 by Christophe and Didier. Initially, the two brothers' aim was to produce cereals: around 40 hectares were dedicated to this production. Two years after its creation, the two partners wanted to diversify production, and being in the "Volailles de Bresse" appellation zone, a Bresse poultry farm was created.
The farm, located at Saint-Usuge near Louhans in Saône-et-Loire, takes in 1-day-old chicks all year round. They grow at their own pace for 5 months. We grow organic and sustainable cereals.
