For 6 generations, the Lincet cheese dairy has been producing regional specialities (Chaource, Brillat Savarin, Epoisses, Délice de Bourgogne, Saint Florentin...). You can find all these cheeses in its shop, among many other cheeses offered as well as a selection of regional products.
