Arnaud Lemercier has been growing cereals, protein crops and forage since 2002. Annie Drouet set up the cheese dairy in 2009.
Using milk from their herd of forty or so organic cows (mainly Montbéliardes), Annie produces cream, which is used to make butter and metton.
She also makes cancoillotte and yoghurts.
In the interests of the environment, the glass jars are returnable and the metton and cream are now available in bulk.
