Fromagerie de Sophie
Farm taken over in 2023. I process the milk from my 180 Alpine and Saanen goats. Winning a gold medal in 2024 at the Lyon International Dairy Products Competition gives me every motivation for the future and customer satisfaction.
You can find her at local markets and at the Croc'Légumes market in Cronat.
