The Auxois bakery is steeped in Pouilly's history. It was set up in 1974 by a group of pioneering organic farmers near the marina. Successive bakers have always baked with pure sourdough, using organically-grown flours, in a short circuit. Today, the tradition and craftsmanship acquired over the years enable us to design and offer our customers breads of excellence: a wide range of flavours, high nutritional quality, easy to digest and long-lasting. All our breads and Viennese pastries carry the Nature &Progrès label, validating ethical practices that respect nature and people by following strict specifications.

From Tuesday to Thursday inclusive, products are mainly available to order, 48 hours in advance. On Friday afternoons in the shop, we offer a range of over-the-counter products.
