Organic bread with natural leaven, handmade with love, baked in a wood-fired oven.
Our bread is made from T80 semi-complete flour. The flour is produced on our farm from a mixture of 12 varieties of ancient wheat. Our sourdough bread is guaranteed to be free of yeast and other chemicals. The sourdough comes from a natural fermentation process and gives the bread a very special flavour, as well as a very good digestibility. In addition, sourdough allows for a better preservation of the bread.
