Ferme de la Mouillotte

Ferme de la Mouillotte, established several generations ago, is located in the Auxois region at the gateway to the Morvan in the Charolais area.
We sell beef directly in 5 or 10 kg boxes. Traditional parcels with bourguignon and pot-au-feu or seasonal parcels with minced steaks/sausages/merguez.
We entrust the slaughtering, cutting and composition of our parcels to the Autun community abattoir (71).
The meat is packaged by category (beef bourguignon, pot au feu, etc.) or by 2 (steak, minced steak, etc.), vacuum-packed and labelled ready to eat or freeze.
Packages can be collected from the farm or delivered to various delivery points.
