We sell beef directly in boxes of 5 or 10 kg. In traditional packages with bourguignon and pot-au-feu or in seasonal packages with minced steaks/sausages/merguez
We entrust the slaughtering, cutting and composition of our packages to the community slaughterhouse in Autun (71).
The meat is packaged by category in pieces (beef bourguignon, pot au feu...) or by 2 (steak, minced steak...), vacuum-packed and labelled ready to eat or to be frozen.
The packages can be collected from the farm or delivered to various delivery points.
