Following a professional reconversion in 2019, Franck MOUGIN was finally able to carry out his project that had been close to his heart for years: raising snails.
His snails are born, raised and prepared in Burgundy Franche-Comté. Raised in the open air in a healthy environment, with natural vegetation that protects and nourishes.
The majority of the products that make up the stuffing for his snails come from local producers.

Shop open from November to December on Thursday and Friday from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. And all year long by mail.
