Every 3 weeks we offer meat from young Charolais cows from our farm on the banks of the Loire. Vacuum-packed young Charolais cow. Individual portions and terrines made in Charolles from local meat. Prepared dishes (mustard or blackcurrant beef, etc) and sausages and dried meats made with Morvan salt.
