EARL - La coque d'or

Julien Lejeune is a snail farmer in Quincy-le-Vicomte, specialising in the breeding of snails in the open air. The farm has no less than 200,000 snails, which are then processed and sold directly to consumers. L'Escargot à la Coque d'Or has been awarded the Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d'Or label. Visits to the farm are possible by appointment.
