On the family farm in Puisaye, we raise 160 ewes, 60 suckler cows and a small breeding of pigs on straw. The animals are fed exclusively with cereals, legumes and fodder produced on the farm. The herds take advantage of the pastures during the summer months. The animals are born, raised and fattened on the farm to offer you quality meat. We will be delighted to introduce you to the farm, our practices and the animals.
