Jérôme Massé is an owner-harvester in Villaines-les-Prévôtes. He produces IGP Coteaux de l'Auxois wines from 1 hectare of vines and hand-picked: white (90% Chardonnay and 10% Aligoté blend), red (95% Pinot Noir and 5% Gamay blend), rosé, old vines white and old vines red.
