Chocolaterie F.

Chocolaterie F. and its creator Frédéric Benzergua offer a wide range of chocolates, including La Feuilletine (the "F" of Chocolaterie F.), an orange or mandarin praline that will awaken your palate, or Les Perles du Chazeau, a stoned Morello cherry with chocolate in its heart and an almond paste. To accompany your coffee, the Saint-Antoine is a perfect ally with its pecan nut and icing sugar. Lastly, there is L'Intense, a 4-spice, spicy taste for a tenfold pleasure. Frédéric Benzargua favours local collaborations such as the walnut from Vielmanay or the saffron from La Charité-sur-Loire.
