Chèvrerie de Drevin
Production and sale of goat's cheese. Sale at the farm at all stages of maturation (faisselles, fresh cheese, semi-fresh, semi-dry, dry, and on order apéricubes (small cheeses for the aperitif), fancy cheeses.
These are pure goat cheeses, made from the milk of our 60 Alpine goats. From the end of March to the beginning of November, the goats roam the pastures, coppices, wasteland and hedges, where they find a variety of vegetation. No herbicides or chemical fertilisers are applied to the meadows.
During the farrowing period (February-March-April), we offer young goats (not weaned, therefore needing to give 2 bottles/day for 5 weeks). We offer them for approval.
