Caveau des Coteaux de l'Auxois

The estate, taken over in 2013 by Maison Simonnet-Febvre, a traditional Chablis house, is located in Villaines-les-Prévôtes and Viserny and is one of the "forgotten" vineyards of the Auxois.

On 15 hectares, we produce white, red and sparkling wines using the traditional method. This is the result of hard work, both in the vineyard (sustainable management, low yields) and in the vinification (organoleptic controls).

Thus, we have obtained :
- several stars in the Guide Hachette 2017 for our PGI Coteaux de l'Auxois
- Silver medals at the 13th Concours National des IGP de France 2016
- a Silver medal at the 2016 Bettane and Desseauve Pleasure Awards Competition

Our cellar is open seasonally (from June to September - please contact us for more details) and by appointment.
