The Mistral biscuit factory in Semur-en-Auxois is celebrating its 50th anniversary!

Established in the 1950s, the Biscuiterie du Mistral arrived in Semur-en-Auxois in 1974. The factory shop is therefore a great place to visit for any sweet tooth, young or old. Before biting into the brand’s famous ‘Chocobeur’ biscuits, take a tour of the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, well worth a visit for its collegiate church, its keep, its fortifications and its beautiful gîtes such as the Moulin de l’O.
