Aux Jardins Célestes

The Aux Jardins Célestes farm has been established in the commune of Montret since April 2023, and has been certified organic since its creation.
Growing 40 species of vegetables in a small area, Nicolas runs the farm without ploughing or spraying, with the main aim of respecting the local flora and fauna by limiting the use of plastic products as far as possible and moving towards living soil market gardening (LSM).
The produce is also available in a number of specialist shops in the Bresse-Burgundy area.
Come and discover the wide variety of vegetables produced, including chioggia beetroot, cocktail and chocolate peppers, 5 varieties of aubergine, different colours of tomato and many other curiosities!
