Étang Berthaud - Baignade naturelle

The Berthaud pond was created to feed the Canal du Centre, which it joins via a small artificial channel that is still in use. Opposite the dam, our favourite swimming area: the beach! The Parisenot Bridge was designed by Emiland Gauthey (architect of the Canal du Centre). It is the only existing bridge linked to the original design of the canal.
